I thought this assignment was really useful for us to try out different camera angles and to try out different scenes and scenarios. While we had our plan in front of us, trying to read and act out on it, we realize that there were some things that just didn't fit or made sense, so we made a lot of annotations and changes to our plan. While filming, we realize how important the planning was to the actual filming, we were stuck most of the time, trying to figure out what works and how well we can explain the quote throughout the videos. After multiple takes of filming and discussing how we will equally split the editing, we asked other peers to look at our takes of filming and to give us feedback on our angles and lighting.

 

While looking at the film plan of Candy and Jane's, we could actually clearly see what they were trying to do, but some of their actions were either really simple or impossible to act out, like killing/showing dead animals. So, we tried to replace it with similar things, but doing the same action. We couldn't exactly follow the script the way it is, we added some of our own ideas too.
